Vintage Items
All vintage/pre loved items have been owned and look after previously. We supply multiple high quality photographs of the items, however sometimes small flaws may not be entirely visible. At point of sale we ensure all items work and function as expected, however please be aware that due to their vintage nature they may not perform as brand new items.
On garments lease check measurements before buying as all sizing is different dependent on origin. We provide a rough idea to the labelled size plus what we think it might fit, but ultimately this is thriftin'
Returns on Vintage Items
Due to the nature of these vintage items, we do not currently offer returns on them. Please be assured we only put items of acceptable standard onto our site.
Postage
All items are sent by Royal Mail services. All items will require a signature on delivery.
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within the UK. 7-10 within Europe. 10-14 days for the rest of the world. We try to be as fast as we can when dispatching orders but certain periods are busier than others and certain countries take longer when processing items through customs.
If you miss delivery, it is your responsibility to collect from your local sorting office or arrange redelivery. If the item is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you and arrange for you to pay postage for redelivery.
We accept no liability for items after they have been posted.
